Thanks for your post.

This was my first G-Force (brand new to Genesys) and I thought that the presentations were great, especially the customers who presented. Although I have to admit that I missed the UA presentation. Farmers and Citibank were full of great information that can help companies with Best Practices.

Regarding your grade on the party: I agree with your assessment on the crowds in the beginning as people were getting food , but I think that as the evening progressed people had more and more fun. I have never attended a high tech party (I have been to all of the big ones, including Oracle and Salesforce) where people were as fun and friendly on the dance floor. The highlight of the evening in my mind was when the band allowed several of our energetic customers join them on stage to dance with them during the last set. Everyone I spoke to had a wonderful time, probably an A- at the worst! (Maybe I am biased; I danced all night, although some would not call it dancing...) And yes, BTW, I am a CTI fan too although you didn't get my pic. :-)
