As I said, it doesn't do justice to the full number of hosted customers Genesys has. I'm not sure why IHG isn't on there specifically. I'm just speculating here, but usually it's because a company's corporate guidelines do not allow their name to be used for 'promotional' purposes. This can include even a namedrop, let alone a full success story. I'll do a little diggin' and keep you updated as and when more hosted stories become available. Yes – that’s the page.
