Yes - that's the page. As I said, it doesn't do justice to the full number of hosted customers Genesys has. I'm not sure why IHG isn't on there specifically. I'm just speculating here, but usually it's because a company's corporate guidelines do not allow their name to be used for 'promotional' purposes. This can include even a namedrop, let alone a full success story. I'll do a little diggin' and keep you updated as and when more hosted stories become available.

Thanks for stopping by, Paul.

Are you referring to this? http://www.genesyslab.com/hosted_solutions/customer_success

If so then why isn't it updated anywhere with what Genesys/AT&T have done for IHG, considered to be the most high-profile hosted solutions customer?

I look forward to learning more about additional hosted customers.

Great interview, Eugene! And really pleasing to see Duane and Bearpaw becoming such a visible player in the Genesys partner eco-system. You’re right – they did throw a kick-butt welcome reception in Chicago! :)

Just to add one comment re: hosted solutions. We (Genesys) did see huge growth in the number of customers deploying hosted solutions in 2009. I believe the channel underwent triple digit growth! There is a small list of some of the customer names on the website in the ‘hosted solutions’ section, although that list doesn’t paint the full picture. We have a number of highly innovative customers that we cannot mention just yet. One is a major retailer who is utilizing functionality that is only possible through a carrier-hosted solution. It’s a VERY cool story and will no doubt be publicized in the near future. Sorry I can’t share more at this stage…

Anyway, keep up the great work. Love the blog!
